What happens if I don’t get the price I want in 20 days?
The tender is non-binding for you. If the offers don’t meet your expectations, you aren’t forced to sell. You can re-launch your tender for another 20 days or simply take the property off the market.
Why should I host my own open homes?
Nobody knows your home’s story better than you. By hosting your own viewings, you provide an authentic experience for buyers and save significantly on the high commissions traditional agents charge for the same service.
Is 20 days enough time for a buyer to get finance?
Yes. Our marketing starts with high intensity to ensure buyers see the home early. Our negotiators also work with interested parties throughout the process to ensure they are prepared to submit their best offer by the deadline.
How does the 1% commission work?
Traditional agents often charge 2.5% to 3%. We only charge 1% commission upon a successful sale. Combined with our $1,995 marketing fee, this simple structure ensures the majority of your home’s value stays with your family.
Can buyers still get building and pest inspections?
Absolutely. We provide a building report upfront to speed up the process, but buyers are always welcome to arrange their own inspections during the 20-day window before they submit their final bid.
Who actually handles the legal contract?
Once you select your preferred offer on Day 20, we facilitate the contract process. We work alongside your solicitor or conveyancer to ensure the transition from “accepted offer” to “sold” is seamless and legally secure.
What happens if my home doesn't sell during the 20-day tender?
Your property stays advertised on all the same channels for another 120 days completely free of charge.
