Bidding Guide
Its not as scary as it may look. Here's how to start bidding...
Register to bid
Use the URL on the listing to go to the property's listing page. Click "Register to Bid" or "Make and Offer".
Create account
Sign in to an existing Realtair account or create a new one.
Registration
Follow the prompts to complete the registration process, this includes identifying yourself as a buyer, uploading your ID, noting your conditions and confirming your details.
Place a bid
Once registered, you can place an offer with your preferred conditions at any time before the timer reaches zero.
Last 5 minutes
If a new bid is placed within the last five minutes of the sale, the timer will reset for another five minutes. This allows for counter-bidding.
End of sale
Once the timer hits zero, no more bids can be placed. The seller reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to accept any offer which in their opinion provides the best combination of price and conditions.
